Is a pitcher’s ingame performance indicative for rest-of-game results?

?Nope.

While MGL limited his focus of “performance” to runs allowed, I looked at this topic in The Book with a different classification of “good game”. And he shows there is some small impact to having a low or high pitch count. So, you can apply some adjustment for that as well.
